IMMEDIATE HELP is she DIEING?

please help my leopard gecko has holes in her side and under belly. Like something chewed her inside out it is getting worse. I have heard of meal worms living and eating their way out is that true? If not what happened to my girl. So sad it looks worse and not sure what caused it. Parasites? I can send picture - I have changed her cage out so no bugs are getting her Thank You for your time!

I hope you took her to her veterinarian.  The myth of insects chewing their way out has been going around for years, so unless she had another medical issue, I doubt this happened.  Get her to a vet, now and get a definitive diagnosis and proper treatment.
