Bosc Monitor Not Moving

hi i recentley baught a 5 month old bosc monitor set all his cage up and put him in , now since he has been in he hasnt moved and wont move untill we move him. I thought bosc monitors were supposed to be very active ??

What type of setup do you have for him currently?
What type of lighting are you using, do you have a UVB light & a basking light for him?  What type & brand of UVB light do you have, a fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  
Is the basking light a bright white light?
What are the temperatures in the tank, & what type of thermometer are you using to measure the temperatures with?  A stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
Can you post a picture of his setup for me?
