gecko health

hi my female gecko has developed a lump on her head behind her ear which is now weeping and bleeding i have been cleaning it but it doesnt seem to be making a difference i wounder if you know what it could be

Lisa, I'm sure this isn't what you wanted to hear but I would honestly get her into a qualified veterinarian as soon as possible.  I have a feeling its an abscess of some kind but due to the fact that I have no veterinarian degree I can not recommend any medications etc. Most likely its an abscess that can be treated with medications and or excised.  If I can be of any more help please let me know.  Sorry about your pet being sick.
