veil chameleon

i just got a veiled chameleon and i was wondering how old or how big the females get befor they lay eggs?

I've personally never bred veiled chameleons but I have just happened to purchase already gravid ones and they can lay eggs quite young some people have said even as early as 3 or 4 months old but usually 6 months to a year and they are sexually mature.
