Gecko not eating, lump, HELP?!

Question
Hi, sorry, but the website said I asked too many follow-ups, so I had to ask a new question.. I dont know if u remember, but my gecko had a lump on its face, which u said would possibly be mouth-rot, and the green feces, with blood along with it. I am calling the vet on Monday, get a fecal sample, and going to get some bedatine, babyfood, etc..
And for the lump on her mouth... I read that you may be able to put a very thin layer of polymyxin B antibiotic crema, and some neomycin with it. Would that be okay?
And You asked me if something she eaten could have eaten her... She had a small superworm... I have to feed them by tweezers, because the people at the pet store said the worms have small pinchers. So it could be possible that the superworm bit her lip when she was biting its head... Thanks! Sorry if you dont remember, the website just wont let me ask a follow-up question!
Thanks! :)
I will let you know how the results go, thanks! The lump dosent seem to be getting worse anymore, it is basically staying the same..

Answer
Hello Jenny,

That is fine, they only allow so many followups on the original questions.
How is she doing today?  Any improvements yet?  At least the lump doesn't seem to be getting any worse yet.  You should be able to get a good look at it then when you clean it out with the betadine though.
You can use a small amount of neosporin or polysporin yes just being careful that not much gets into her mouth.  There is also an agent called Novalsan that you can use also, that comes in liquid or cream.  You can sometimes find it at livestock supply or feed type of stores.  If you want to just stick with the other ointment that is fine, too.
It is quite possible that the superworm might have bitten her.  You can either feed the small ones that don't hardly have pinchers or you can cut the head off.  I know pretty gross, but, it works.
Great you are going to be calling the vet on monday.  I think that with a very small round of antibiotics, that she should avoid any infection I hope.

Keep me posted on her.
