bunnys not hopping and lathargec

yesterday bunny was fine today she is lethargic and cant seem to hop she can hold her head up eat and drink all she does is lay on her belly with her legs spread out what can it be the other bunny is hopping and play help she is my 13 year. Christmas gift and she has diabetics and i don't want her to find it died help please.

DO NOT seek advice on the internet when there is such an obvious emergency!!!  Get this bunny to a good rabbit vet NOW:

Insist that your parents take you, as the bunny will die without proper veterinary attention.
