putting my rabbits together

hiya ive just bought a 2 baby rabbits one male and one female about the same age 10 1nd 12 weeks. i had the femail first for about 2 weeks and ive brought the male home she was trying to fight with the male. i was hoping to mate the in time now what do i do. at the moment i have each of there cages facinging each other so they can get used to each other that was with out him being harmed

firstly you done the right thing in seperating them.they could have really hurt each other if you didnt.

Sometimes breeding rabbits can take some time,and they may take a while getting used to eachother. Just keep trying and they soon will get along, But never leave them unattended as you will need to be there if they start to fight again.

Please take note; when puting them together make sure that they are both in a new environment such as a run because putting them into each others cage will definatly make them fight more.
