Well I was curious if it could have gotten the bone I have never had anything broke. And anything hot or cod makes it really hurt

I assume this happened when you were offering medicine hidden inside a treat? Sometimes pigs get a little overexcited around treats. I have some pigs that just get treat crazy and so excited they forget that they are taking food from hands. I have others that are always very careful around fingers.

I am not a doctor or a medic. I've been nipped a few times, and it does hurt. Heat and cold do make recent injuries hurt worse.

I don't think an accidental nip while gobbling treats would break a bone. But, that is just my opinion based on your short email note. If you think the injury may be severe, do seek medical attention.
