Chew toys

I have put a number of things for my young guinea pig to chew on but he shows no interest. We give him a good supply of vegetables, hay and pellets and he really seems to enjoy them. Will those be enough to keep his teeth down? I've tried rubbing some of his favorite veggies on the wooden chew toys to give them the same scent and flavor but those don't seem to work either.

don't use wooden chew toys or bone. they can splinter off in the mouth and cause major infections. try a tube from toilet paper or a paper towel, the cardboard part. make sure all the glue is off of it though. if that doesn't work try raw whole carrots or you can find sticks of seeds help together by honey. look for things like that.
