Why is he jumping around on me

I get my 4 month old pig out everyday as he is a very cuddly piggy. He is an indoor guinea pig and I clean him out twice a week.  But I am worried this has happened a few times he suddenly starts jumping on to my shoulder then rans down on my lap, he then look like he is trying to roll on his side.  While he is doing this he is making happy noises. He only had a health check a few weeks go and the vet said he was in good health. Is he just happy?

He's happy and healthy, and having a fun time! He could be rolling like that to relieve an itch though - so have a look in his hair to make sure he doesn't have mites.
