we got a guinea pig 4 our children about 3 months ago to go with our rabbit, the rabbit didnt get on with him and we had to seperate them, since then our guinea pig has been scratching alot and made himself bleed what can we do to stop this and what maybe the course of it

You did the right thing separating the animals. Actually rabbits and piggies shouldnt ever be kept together, for future reference.

The most likely cause of the skin problem is mites. You will need to take the pig to a vet for 3 injections of ivermectin, 1 week apart.
