noises and a name

Question
I've always wondered why some guinea pigs make this little "motorboat or motorcycle sound" and could you help me pick out a name for one of my piggies. He has a black and brown face, a pink ear and a black ear, half brown half black back and a white rear. I was never very good at naming animals. ^.^ Anything will do.
