We recently bought male and female guineas. He is 3 months old and she 2. He is very randy and chasing her and squirting white stuff all over. She is annoyed and tries to bite him. We do not want them to breed yet as they are so young. We are separating them when it gets too bad. Is it a phase that he'll get over or do we need to make another plan?

It is probably because she or he is in heat and he or she wants to breed
it is more likely the he that wants to breed
The chances are she already is pregnant but there is also a even chance that she is not
He should get over it but you may need to think of getting one that is the same sex as either the boy or the girl
