Jules, ever since we had to separate our female's male babies from her she
hasn't been "talking". Is this "not talking normal or not? Write back soon.

Your female is most likely a little depressed with being separated from her male babies. Which is normal for mother Guinea Pigs, just give her a little extra attention and she'll start talking again soon. With the extra attention she'll snap out of being depressed and be back to her normal self again in no time.
