hi jenny once again you must no that my guinea pig is pregnant , but what should i do when the babies are born

i think I have told you before about what to do which is nothing!
Let the mother do the work - providing the male is not around and you give the female plenty of food and water, greens and vitamins she will do fine!
DO NOT go in and start fiddling with the babies taking them out and playing with them - it will only stress the mother and possibly make her reject her babies if she can smell you on them!
