Question
I currently have a heavily pregnant Piggy... I'm a bit worried because the babies are very active inside her!! I think she has been pregnant for just over 2 months? Because of her size and her struggling too walk she is also young could their be a problem??

Answer
Hello,
Babies are active from the first 4 weeks of pregnancy so you shouldn't worry about that. Guineas are usually pregnant for about 2 months so if it is only a few weeks after that then don't worry but if it is longer and she seems uncomfortable and in pain contact your vet immediately as the pelvic bones may have not parted so the babies are stuck inside. If she is really big make sure everything is comfortable for her and within her reach. Guineas should have babies at about 5 months of age, if she is over 10 months she could experience problems.
If you are in doubt contact your vet.
Best wishes
