A cut

My guniea pig I got a week ago and two days later I noticed that under her chin it was swollen and was a small cut. She didn't eat much but now she has started to eat more is this something the vet needs to check out

It sounds like she may have aninjury that has caused a small abscess. If it has not healed up, she should see a vet. She may need to be put on antibiotics especially if she isn't eating well. Good uck!
