Some noise?so skin?Is Corkscrew ok?

Andy sometimes when I play with my piggy named Boof-Boof I let him craw on and in my shirt. I lift my shirt up and he comes speeding up it to my left elbow and making this noise hat sounds like a bag of popcorn poping but in a higher tone. also near the bottom of my Boof-Boof right before his area when his genitals and butt is he has a patch of skin that has no fur on it is this someething to worry about. Last question... I read on the internet that they can chew on twigs so you dont have the buy those chew sticks so I went in my back yard and and took a twig from my corkscrew tree. Is it ok for Boof-Boof to chew on this, he loves it that is all I know

Boof-Boof is a really cool name!

The noise that he makes is simply him having a great time.

You dont need to be concerned about the lack of hair near his butt unless it is accompanied by soreness or weeping. If this is the case, a trip to the vet is the best idea so he can give you some meds.

Boof-Boof chewing your twigs is fine as long as they havent been sprayed with any chemicals or pesticides.
