Brushing your pig with a soft brush can help get rid of dead fur. Some pigs do have a tendency to shed quite a lot, and a way to deal with that is to have a cloth (like an old tea-towel) under the pig when you pick it up. That way, you won't end up with lots of little fur on your clothes.
