What will amuse a single male guinea pig that lives in a large cage and is aggresive towards other pigs such as things you can find in your home?

Hi Leanna,
I find putting a carboard toilet roll in their cage keeps them amused.
They like to nibble on it and investigate it.
Another thing you could do is put small pieces of food hidden aroung the cage, so that they have to run around (which keeps them active) to find their food.
Try putting a small peice of food in the toilet roll to make it a bit more difficult.
