Guine Pig ears

This is my first piggy and we bought 2 male and female. They get along great but the other day i noticed that the male had some white stuff between his ear and neck (looked like scab) i cleaned it with peroxide and when i pushed on it a lot of pus came out it did not have a smell or did he seem to be in pain what should I do

this sounds like a cyst and unless it grows really big or causes any other problems I would leave it.
You can keep cleaning it and removing the pus as long as your piggy is happy to let you.
Try to get some stuff called HIBISCRUB from the chemist as its probably kinder than peroxide.
