I am shocked to see that my male guinea has this white/cream/ dry yoghurty horrid stuff all clumped around an opening just above his  testicals, kind of at the base of his spine.
I think its his oily gland, but ive never seen it all crusted up like this.
ive tried to bath it all of and cut away the gunged up hair around it, and its a small swollen area that has bled a tiny bit, it also has a tiny spot next to it.
It dosnt smell at all, and he is very healthy and eating otherwise, it also dosnt hurt when i squeeze or push it when i was cleaning it.
Please help answer my worries

My advice is to have him examined by a veterinarian to make sure that there is no serious underlying problem there. It could be inflamed anal glands, or infection of some sort. He definitely needs to be seen so that they can diagnose, or rule out, any possible illness he may have.
