guinea pig having a baby to young

hi there,
I'm really worried that my guinea had a baby to young. I adopted her from a pet store 2 months ago today (10/13/2007) and she had a baby today. So i guess I adopted her when she was pregnant and didn't know it.. anyway is she going to be harmed from having a baby so young?? i'm really worried! PLZ HELP!!!!!

Seeing as your guineas has already had the baby I see no harm done, but if the baby is not feeding or if the mother starts bleeding or if one of them starts going off their food or drink, contact your vet and ask for help. Provide plenty of vitamin c, but not too much as that will result in diarrhea. Also provide lots of water.
