What to use for litter?

I am wanting to find out what the best thing to use in their litter box is?

Guinea Pigs are not very adept at using litter boxes. They can be trained to pee in one, but not poop. As far as the bedding for the litter box, I would recommend carefresh. It is old recycles newspaper pulp, and is the best as far as absorbancy and aromic oils.

As far as the bedding used in the rest of the cage, carefresh is also good, but can get pricey in bigger quantaties. So for the regular bedding outside a little box, use aspen bedding. Cedar and Pine have aromic oils with can cause respiratory and urinary tract infections.
