will they fight?

We got our first guinea pig a week ago from PetSmart (where can I find a local breeder in Raleigh NC?).  I hear they like company, so can I add another male or will they fight?  PetSmart only sells males.  Would a female work better? But how do I find one?  Thanks!!

    most likely males will fight. I suggest getting a female and getting her spayed they will do pretty well together. Finding one my first recommendation is to look for small animal shelters so you can help out another piggie.If you can't find one ask me another question and I can help you keep in touch.
