guinea pig bite

i got bitten by my guinea pig, is it poisonous or of any danger to me  because of her bite ?

Hi!  I'm very sorry to hear you have been bitten by your guinea pig.  Guinea pigs are naturally timid and placid animals and rarely bite, so i hope it was an unintentional bite!  You shouldn't worry about the bite as guinea pigs can't pass anything dangerous onto you, however i would ensure it is frequently washed out with an antiseptic liquid to maintain the clean cut.  It may be sore for a bit until it heals but i should heal okay very soon.  I hope that reassures you!
