first days at home

I just brought my guinea pig home yesturday.I hold him all the time but he hasn't been eating or drinking anything.Since It's been 2 days i'm afriad of dehydration. I tried introducing his water bottle but that didn't work.Please help me.What should I do?

It is normal for a pig not to eat or drink for a few hours after being brought home but as it has been 2 days I think you should consider consulting a professional in case your piggy is sick.

You might also consider syringe feeding him water and food to keep his strength up.
