there is some weird hard crusty stuff on my guinea pigs nose and I don't know what to do. He got neutered a few weeks ago and had to give him some stuff in his mouth called Sulfa-trim and stopped giving it to him a few days ago because the vet said so. I don't know what to do please help me!

Clean the nose crust off with some warm water and see if it returns. It may be just a passing thing.  A little snot on the nose if you will.  

Make sure he's not in an area where there is any cold breeze, but also not too warm. If you have a humidifier that will help him breathe better and also help remove the discharge. If you have any of the antibiotic left I would start giving it to him now. That's the best choice of meds for guinea pigs.
