1 1/2 year old female guinea pig

My guinea pig eats hay, veggies, and fruit just fine.  She drinks just fine (lots of water as usual for her).  She is now starting to not eat much of her pellets ... she will eat a little, just not as much as usual.  Is this cause for concern?  Does she need to go to a small animal vet?  Thank you!

As long as she shows no other signs of illness she should be fine. You may want to try to switch pellet brands, or add a guinea pig mix to her current pellets. Just keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't show any signs of wheezing, or drainage.
