Question
im scared that she's going to kill the other 2 babies. she's actually eating them. and she's not really trying to be next to them. also is it ok for the dad to be there?

Answer
The dad should be out of the cage, before the birth happens, guinea pigs go into heat right after delivering, so the female is most likely pregnant again, which is very hard on their body. There was most likely something wrong with the babies, but the best thing if possible would be to take the other babies out to syringe feed, and remove the dad immediatly. Usually when guinea pigs eat their babies it is because something was genetically wrong with them, and she should not be bred again, because it will continue. The other babies may also have a birth defect and could possibly die at 3 weeks or before, usually at 2 weeks, but since she cleaned them off they are most likely fine. I can tell you how to handfeed if you'd like, first off you will need to get a can of goats milk at the store, WalMart has it, and 2 can evaporated milk. At first use 2/3 goat's 1/3 water, and feed the babies in a syringe, only heat up about 2 syringe full amounts each feeding until they get bigger. They need fed 4 times a day when born, include hay, pellets, and a waterbottle in a small guinea pig cage with a blanket and stuff animal. Wipe off their bottoms twice a day to stimulate them. Let me know if you have any more questions.
