What are the signs of pregnancy in a guinea?

Besides weight gain and increased appetite, are there other signs that a guinea pig is pregnant?  We just got a female yesterday and she has two distinctive teats.  Is that a sign of pregnancy or just normal?

The signs of pregnancy beside weight gain and increased appetite are drinking lots of water, not allowing you to touch her tummy and of course distinctive teats. Though it will be some time if she turns out to show these early signs of pregnancy before you can be totally sure that she is or isn't.
