Question
hi i have 2 male guinea pigs together i'm not sure how old they are. the're about 2 months old and they were fine at the start but all they do now is fight one pig is constantly fighting with the other and he has bitten me twice already when i rub him or try to take him out i give both a lot of attenion and treats but i don't know how to stop them fighting and that other pig biting please help

Answer
Both guinea pigs are starting to mature.  Did you know that by 7 weeks they are able to impregnate a sow.  I believe that both of your males are trying to establish their territory.  Unfortunately, you are part of the contested territory and that could account for the biting.  It is usually difficult to house 2 males together unless they were littermates/brothers.  How about trying two separate cages.  Also wash your hands between playing as they can smell their nemesis on you.  That could also account for the biting.  This is the most realistic answer that I can give you.  Animals are animals and their behaviors are based on their perceptions of their environment.
