hi i have a guineapig she is about 4 years her belly has swollen she has been in the run with the male i dont know if she is pregnant are ill as for the past to day she has not eaten or drunk properly but has made a bed with her straw and her breathing seems heavy

She is pregnant and is about to deliver the babies. If this is her first litter then get her to a vet ASAP as she will not be able to deliver the pups on her own, her pelvic bones are fused together after the age of 8 months and should not be breed after that age. If this isn't her first litter then she'll be having the babies soon, but if you notice anything wrong get her to the Vet ASAP.
