Scabs on right ear

hello, my question is about my 1 yr old piggy.  His name is Peanut and i got him from a pet store.  He's healthy, eats and drinks well, when i pet him he purrs.  well, unless hes relexing then he bites.  but when i was cleaning his cage i noticed he has scabs on his right ear.  when i was looking and touching it, he seemed to be in a little bit of pain.  hes losing hair on that ear and its quite pink.  i also have a rabbit and when peanut gets to close, she attacks, could it just be that she hit him and its healing?   hes not in any pain, except when i touch it.  PLEASE HELP!  this is the first time i have a piggy and i cant lose him:(

I dont agree with mixing guinea pigs and rabbits as even if they get on well, a playful kick from a rabbit can break a guinea pigs back.
Your rabbit may have caused this wound on the ear so please seperate them as soon as possible before your piggy gets a serious injury.
