dead guinea pig maybe alive?

i just buried my guinea pig but he wasnt stiff? yesterday it was like he was paralyzed. it'd been about 12 hours afta presumed dead , not breathing not moving and his eyes were misty and seemed wrinkly and dry.. but he was still all floppy? is it possible that he was in a coma or something?

No he sounds pretty dead to me, and if you buried him then it is kind of final, if the eyes are misty and he is not breathing then he is dead. bodies to not always go stiff, if he was in a warm enviroment when he died then he would probably stay quite floppy.
