Cavy Menstruation/Pregnancy

Is there anything particular I need to do as far as care goes?  i.e. cleaning her or the cage in a specific manner, etc.

No, not at this time.  I would give her some extra veggies so she gets the vitamin content she needs (just like women and folic acid) like vit A and K.  Dark green veggies are always a good choice.  Chances are she isn't even pregnant and it will pass in a day or so.  Just keep her happy and healthy!
