Premature farrowing

I`ll be very grateful if you can advice me what to do with the piglets since the mother has no enough milk to feed them.what medical measure i could give them or food or whatever.

give the mother bread soaked in milk, this will help her produce milk. also, give her plenty food and water. this newborns can drink water and proper food although it is advised for them to have there mothers milk. any further questions, i will be happy to help
