Today i went to feed my 2 girl  piggies but when i went in there Alexies  sides were breathing very heavily is it time for her to give birth?.

Answer
It could be, if she does not give birth with in an hour of visible contractions and heavy breathing you will need to contact a vet. Guinea pigs going into birth will lay in a corner, squeeze their belly together, lift their behind up, and she might squeal. Also make sure she is not wheezing, she could have an upper respiratory infection and be sick also. Let me know if you have any more questions.
