odd behavior in newborn guineapig

Question
hello, one of my guineapigs had a litter of babies yesterday. i take in rescued pigs and rehome them, i have had many many births in my experience. here are the details: 3 babies. decent weight. 2 normal. one has come out a little awkward, he doesnt seem very balanced (not as he should be anyway) his head is tilted upwards (as if he was looking up) and slightly to the left. his eyes will occasionally look up and to the left so much that the whites show. i know hes not just looking up. its as if they are allmost rolling in the back of his head, and allmost like his head gets temporarily stuck in that position. i did have a rabbit once that got a disease called "rye neck" from bad hay, it looks similar to this. do guineapigs get this, is this common in births? i do not have the money to spend at the vet (im a non profit hobby rescuer)anyway...thats all i can think of to ask...if you need more information please ask. thanks

Answer
Hello,
This is not very common in guinea births, I would monitor your guinea carefully over the next few days and make sure it is getting milk from its mother.
Please send me more information on how it is acting and describe its position.
Best wishes
