guinea pig mole?

Well i noticed my guinea pig scratching and licking himself by his private area...and noticed a black mole looking thing by his right back leg..and are wondering if its something serious

Scratching and licking in the genital area is normal, he's just cleaning! The 'mole looking thing' may just be a birth mark, if not just poop that got stuck on his foot, try to remove it with warm water and a cloth, if it won't remove and its the colour of the fur its the birth mark, if not bring him to the vet to get it checked out since I don't know much about moles on guinea pigs.
