Guinea Pig hind leg paralysis

I just wanted to know which liquid calcium bottle I should buy for my guinea pig to treat the paralysis.

honestly this is out of my league, the only calcium drink i have ever known is when you soak a cuttle fishbone in water overnight.

for actual treatment i cn only recommend a vets opinion, though paralysis unless temporary is unlikely to be effectivly treated by calcium water so far as i am aware.
