First Preganant

My guinea pig is at least 6 Months old and she did not show that she was pregnant not even a sign except that she did not to touched. She had one pig ( is that normal) my last guinea pig she had five.  Will she have a mother instinct to take care of the little one?

Hi Angela,
It doesn't matter she will have the instinct to care for her baby. She could have 10 or 1 she will still care for her baby. Unless she is depressed or overwhelmed of being a mom so make sure she has her own space in her cage and make her as comfortable as possible.
