QuestionWe have 3 new babies. They were born Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007 between the hours of 7 am and 9 am. My children and i are wondering when is best to hold them and when can we tell if they are boys or girls? We have still held the mother (Angel) several times and pet her and we have touched and pet the babies but we have not picked them up. It is now Friday night at 9 pm. Can we hold them now?
Answeryou can pick up the babies and handle them, do it while mommy is watching that's good. Your piggies will be more used to being handled and be easier to deal with when they get older if you start handling them now. It is hard for me to explain how to sex them without using pictures. I'd rather give you two links that have pictures and a better explaination of sexing the piggies.
