Question
can we nurse babby hamsters by bottel or give them to a nother mother hamster

Answer
You may nurse baby hamsters yourself, however using a bottle would prove very difficult.  You should try using either a  plastic blunt ended syringe or a thin medicine dropper.

You should NOT use cow's milk, nor human baby milk formula.  Go to your local pet shop and look in every aisle for either squirrel milk formula or Kitten/Puppy milk formula.  Because if you feed the babies human baby milk formula OR Cow's milk it will be too hard for the hamster babies to digest and they could die of impaction. If you hand feed the babies, you should also grab a warm damp napkin and clean their genital areas frequently.  Baby hamsters will defecate when this is done, and you should do it constantly to ensure they do not hold in their feces.

Now, giving the babies to another mother hamster is tricky.  The mother hamster will usually eat babies that do not smell like her, also you have to give it to a nursing mother hamster, not just a female hamster.  So unless the babies smell like the other mother hamster OR if the mother hamster has had many many babies then I would not place the babies in there.

One thing you could try doing is going to a local pet shop that breeds and sells live mice for snake feedings and talking to the owner about possibly fostering the baby hamsters with his mother Mice.  Because Mice more readily look after multiple littles of babies and would not mind an extra mouth to feed.  You would just have to explain to the owner that you do NOT want him to sell these hamsters as food for the snakes and that you would pay him for his troubles (usually he wont mind looking after the babies and wont ask for anything in return but you should still offer compensation).  Tell him you will call  back in two and a half week's time (or whenever you know the baby hamsters will reach 2.5 weeks of age) to check on the baby hamster's health status.  Then at that point you may go pick up your baby hamsters again.

It is a little difficult to wean a baby hamster because you have to keep it warm and feed it at least six times a day and clean the babies genital area (even if there is no poop) but if you don't try then the babies will surely pass away.

Hamster milk is hard to substitute.
