suspicious lump on testicles

hello, i've had my hamster Dave for about 5 months (brown and ginger syrian) i got him as a baby from my boyfriends little sister. for about 3 weeks after i got him everyone was unable to establish what sex he was, then on night his balls droped and it became clear he was,indeed a he. i moved him into a bigger cage yesterday and this morning i noticed a lump on his nuts the size of a small pea, it sucks in if you touch it so im not certain if its his penius or not. my boyfriend insists hes fine but im not convinced.

Generally the penis is near the balls but I don't think that's what it was. Sometimes in hamsters you will see a little lump near his balls and that can actually be his penis. I personally wouldn't worry too much unless it gets bigger. Here is a link of a male syrian hamster, do you see the same thing in the same spot. If that's not what you are looking at, I would take him to a vet just to get looked at to be on the safe side.
