Question
if the hamsters claws are too long,
what do you do?
but their not too long its kinda long!
but longer than usual!?!?!
what do i do to trim them?

Hi Susie,

Well, to be safe, you should take your hamster to a vet for trimming.  Like I said, it's safe, and it's inexpensive.

If you have careful, steady hands, and someone to help you out, you can try trimming the nails yourself.  Use a very small pair of clippers.  Have someone hold your hamster while you clip *only* the tips of the nails.  Be very careful not to clip much.
