Mouse Ailment

Hi, I have a 2 year old mouse with an unusual problem. His penis is exposed and has not retracted for the past month. Apart from this he is in great shape. What can be done for him and could this be a symptom of another ailment? Just recently I have noticed a tiny amount of blood in his bedding.

it sounds like your hamster could have a urinary tract infection for one thing and the penis not being able to retract could be because of many reasons. I am not too sure of what could cause it to stick out like that. I would certainly call a vet and see if you can take him in for a check up though.
