eating chocolate

Question
My daughters hamster ate a chocolate covered almond..she is so worried. Will chocolate hurt the hamster?

 This is not a crazy question at all! Trust me :). Chocholate really isn't good for animals. To be honest, i've never had a small animal that was exposed to chocholate so i really don't know specifically. Just watch her, and if you notice seizures or vomiting, consult a vet. Good luck!
