Pregnant dog

I have a female pit bull who is 51 days pregnant. She is painting a lot & seems uncomfortable & also lightly coughing from time to time (nothing serious). Any ideas as to what is wrong with her? She is 2 years old & this is her 2nd litter

Is she up to date on all her shots?  Could she have contact kennel cough or a respiratory infection.

Start her on Ester C(1000 mg) and Echnica (500 mg).  It will give her immune system a bit of a boost.  Warm water with honey will help coat and sooth her throat (you may have to put in in with a syringe).
