How To Regulate a Female Dogs Heat Cycle

I have a female, 2-3 years old, that swells up every time another females goes into heat. Is there anything I can give her that will regulate her heat cycle in order to breed her? If there is what is the dosage? Thank you.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can give her to regulate her heat. This is just the way that get body is programmed. You can do estrogen tests to oboes when she is most receptive to breed but that is really the only thing you are going to be able to do.
